snacks
If you can bring a little cooler or have access to a fridge, you have a lot more options, but ideas off the top of my head:
String Cheese
Laughing Cow Wedges
Jerky
Sliced Deli Meats
Single Cottage Cheese
Single Greek Yogurt
Tuna Pouch
Leftovers

Great suggestions above - also jerky, almonds, soy nuts, canned chicken... If you have access to a fridge and microwave you can cook up a big batch of taco meat and meat balls and put them in a bunch of single serving containers. Freeze them up and pop them in your bag each day and you have perfect tasy snacks!
