Saturdays are usually a busy day for me especially with the holidays coming around, I usually spend Saturday shopping or running various errands.  Sunday I save for grocery shopping and preparing food for the week.  I'm just feeling a little down on myself I guess.  This past Saturday I went into the city for a date with my husband.  We ate a really nice restaurant and I didn't eat my best and felt the pain after which kinda ruined the evening.  But we walked to see the tree in Rockefeller Center which helped but then of course it started to rain BLAH!  I find that it's at night where I want to snack and graze since we typically stay up later on the weekends.  I just have to try harder.

band to sleeve revision and loving life!

You do you, and I'll do me

It's excellent you are still committed to your sleeve over 5 years later.

I'm so nervous I can't think of anything else!!  Totally not concentrating at work.

Thank you...I'm just fortunate and BLESSED that my head was close to being in this for LIFE before I had my surgery.  I had a few friends who weren't and well I am humbled that I "only" regained 25lbs...

OMG I still get excited about my sleeve when I'm on track.  Keep that feeling!
