Whatcha eating today VSGers...Thursday!!!
My sleeve is more unpredictable, with more restriction than not, but there are days I can eat my normal pre-PS portions...just not very often. For the first two weeks or so, I was limited to a couple bites which SUCKED, but it's not that bad anymore.
But, my stomach has just been a mess in general since surgery. I havent been able to tolerate coffee in any way without vomitting. My acid had gotten better, but now its worse and its just...all over the place. I dont know what happened!!
Good thing both my sleeve and my head loves liquid diets ;)

Haven't posted on this in forever, but here goes. I've been super diligent lately about eating "real food" and I'm currently in the middle of a 21d sugar/carb detox (so no sugar at all, even fake stuff and fruits and of course, no carbs).
B: 1/2 cafe coffee, bacon.
S: none
L: salad w. grilled chicken, pumpkin seeds, homemade dressing
S: eggface egg bites (yeah, I was supposed to eat these for breakfast...but bacon in the cafeteria was too yum!)
D: filet and a few bites of broccoli
tons of water, decaf tea, vites
exercise? ha. lots of walking but that's about it.
HW: 280; SW: 255; GW1: 150; CW: 155.
B: two banquet turkey breakfast sausage patties
L: about 3oz of my leftover Greek yogurt/cheesy chicken breast and 1 low fat perogie
S: 2 small pieces of salami with 1 slice provolone
D: roasted chicken and some black beans (take out tonight, the hubby isn't home and I ain't cookin!) possibly one piece of yuca
S: SF popsicles
water: getting there
Vits: forgot to take them this morning! I'll take 'em later
exercise: kickboxing again tonight! Then making salt dough ornaments for the rest of the evening...maybe lol
