any type of "milk" and thin soups count.....not yogurt even though it is drinkable

My plan states NO, sadly. The liquids for hydration are counted separate from anything liquidy for nutritional purposes. I am 8 wks out and have yet to get it all in. Seems there's not enough room, i can get one or the other! I get close, not not all of it.

Your body works "more" to extract the water from things other then water.  My rule for the first couple weeks since I know your body can LIVE for MONTHS without food (ie protein) but can only go DAYS without fluid, so my main goal for ME was a minimum of 32oz of pure WATER a day.  Everything else can count but for me I wanted 32oz of water.

Good luck darlin the most difficult days are the ones you are doing...it gets easier daily.
