Do you use CHIA seeds?
I recently started putting CHIA seeds in my yogurt- I initially bought to add some Fiber into my diet but they have so many uses that are very bariatric friendly!
Anyone out there use CHIA seeds?
Heres article for those who are not familiar with CHIA seeds

OHH look what I just found!
Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Protein Pudding Full of healthy fat and protein, this creamy, peanut buttery pudding has some serious staying power and tastes like an indulgent dessert.
Ingredients:
2 tbsp. chia seeds
½ c. milk
2 tbsp. peanut butter
½ scoop chocolate protein powder
Directions:
Combine chia seeds and milk and let sit for about 15 minutes, until mixture begins to thicken. Stir peanut butter into chia seed mixture. Stir protein powder into chia seed mixture until fully combined.
Well, of course it "tastes like an indulgent dessert", it pretty much is!
The milk and peanut butter do add 12 g of protein, but also at the cost of adding:
- 19 g fat
- 12 g carb
- An extra 250 calories
Two tablespoons of chia seeds is an extra 10 grams of fat, 5 g of protein, and another 130 calories. So, without your protein powder, this is already clocking in at 380 calories. Not sure this would be approved by a nut? With the protein added, this would probably be about 50% of your daily caloric intake....
