Sneezing - allergies

I have allergies and am prone to sneezing. will that tear my incision?

My suggestion would be that although we are supposed to cover our mouths when we sneeze, I would suggest you hold on to your midsection when you sneeze if you are worried about it.

when ever you sneeze or cough you should cover your stomach and chest with a pillow, it not only keeps germs out but it protects your incision and any damages muscles , and you will have less pain

Push down on your incision with a pillow when you sneeze.
