Yep, just check the carb count on the V8, the other two are good. I especially like the Muscle Milk Light Vanilla Latte.

I'm thinking the muscle milk is good, My husband actually had a regular Vitamin Water the other day and it was LOADED with sugar, but I'm not sue what the Zero one has......The V8 fusion light, my kids love but I serve it with have water diluted. I think it has too many sugars for us to drink.....but I am anxious to see what the vets say.......

the vitamin water zero has nothing but 7 grams of carb for one 20oz bottle

the V8 Fusion light has 50 calories and 12 carbs for 8 oz

It is sugar that is making up the carbs, either added sugar or sugar from fruit. They would not work on my plan. How much protein for 50 cals..bet hardly any

Knowing that neither one of those would work for my plan. Carbs are too high when you consider you could add your unflavored protein powder to crystal light or Mio.

I would not waist 7 carbs or 12 carbs on a drink. I would find something else you like. Elina's number one rule, and it should be all of our number one rule, is to not drink your calories, which would include your carbs. I would stick to tea, water, crystal light,......and I'm sure there are other options.......

I agree with the others about the V8. It really doesn't seem worth it. I drink the Vitamin Water Zero, Powerade Zero, and there's also the Sobe Life Water 0 Calorie drinks. I'm always looking for new things to drink.

I like the single serving Muscle Milk Lights for portable protein.  But as for the other two I'd stick to 0 calorie drinks to add your powder to.  Best of luck.
