Weekly goals...LET'S GO!!!
Weekly goals - oook!!!
1- bring lunch every day. It's hard getting back into a routine but since I actually cook dinner every night, I ccan bring left overs.
2- get to the gym at least 3 times during the week.
3- no more eating after 8pm.

Yeah...I just need to make the food for the week...or get good about making dinner and making sure there are leftovers to bring haha. It's hard when there's another person eating...im not very good at making "man size" portions :-p

I want to pack a lunch for work each day, or when I am off. Eat my WW points!
Drink water, because it does wonderful for my joints!!
Exercise! Get to the gym once this week!!!
