7 months post op, one year since I started this journey…

All I can say is WOW, well I could say a lot more but you know everyone just scrolls through to the photos.

VSG is everything I had hoped it would be and nothing I expected it to be. I have struggles and triumphs and I am far from perfect, but this is my life now, it’s not just a diet that I can stop when it gets too hard.

Things have slowed way down and the cravings for carbs have hit strong after some not so wise choices over the holidays. I struggle to find a balance between what I need right now and still give the people around me who love and support me the time and affection they need.
