Oh what a day!!!

I am post op 5 days, and this is the worst that I have felt. I had to take stool softeners this morning. By later in the afternoon I was in the bathroom in so much frickin' pain!!! And boy oh boy did that hurt like hell. It's my first BM since my surgery. My husband warned me it would hurt. TMI I know, and I'm sorry. After I went, I started getting a low grade fever. I was freezing to death, shivering so bad my teeth were chattering. And I felt so weak, so I laid down and fell asleep for a little bit, not very long. Feeling a little better, not as cold as I was. Is that normal??

I had the same bm issue atabout the same time. I didn't have a fever or chills, though. Hope you're feeling better.
