I look incredible"...song lyrics to "Thift Shop"....So no time to work out today...  Just threw on my headphones and danced in the bathroom for 30 minutes while the kids played on the Wii...now I am energized and in a great mood!  I can't wait until my Physical Therapist releases me to get back on the elliptical.  It was fun though, sometimes I want to bust a move on the elliptical but people would look at me funny! 

We are going to the Stock Show tonight so I will get plenty of walking in there tonight.

That song gets me going too! When I would run on the tread mill I would put a little pep in my step because I felt like DANCING! Ha! Can't wait to exercise either
