First NSV since having surgery on the 21st of Dec!
I have lost a total of 29 lbs since starting this journey, and only 20 lbs since having surgery 12/21. I've been kind of at a stall (my fault because I haven't been working out), butttttttttttt I noticed that things have been fitting a lot looser. After my initial 20 lbs I tried on these pair of khaki's i bought from Old Navy on clearance, and they still didn't fit. I said to myself when I got home work... "what the hell, everything else has been super loose.. i wonder if they fit now?"... and they did! So I have now gone down a pant size. Still only 29 lbs total since this journey began, but I'm okay with that. I know I'll have peaks and valleys, and that is okay by me. Anyway, just wanted to share.
I think you are doing awesome - 29 lbs in 5 weeks is nothing to be sorry about! Congrats on the pants too.
