It's amazing how fast the last two weeks can go.

Holy crap, I'm actually getting my sleeve tomorrow. The time from my first surgeon appointment to insurance approval seemed to take forever but since then the time has just flown by.

I wish you a speedy recovery! Remember to walk as soon as you can, whether or not you feel like it. It will make a huge difference in your recovery time.

It really does fly by once you have that date! The day before my surgery, I was at work trying to tie up loose ends until 8:30 at night! It just came too fast.  And now a month has gone by and it seems like just yesterday I was getting out of the hospital. 

Try to stay relaxed and enjoy those pain meds! They were a godsend! :-)  Just remember it takes time to get to feeling normal again for some people and sipping and walking will be a little difficult at first but just keep going. See you on the other side!
