APPROVED

 

I just got my approval call today! I can't believe it. I started crying.  I just can't believe it's really gonna happen. 

I'm just so happy and can't wait until I can finally say I'm post-op! 

I definitely know how you are feeling as I received mine last Friday and now have a surgery date of Feb 28th.  Keep us posted on the surgery date and how things are going.  Best of luck to you!! 

It's weird cause they already gave me a "tentative" date when I met with my surgeon in December. Apparently this isn't how it's usually done with most people?? I'm glad though, because I don't think I could take anymore waiting! 
If everything goes well at my next appointment on Monday then I should start my 2 week diet and be having surgery on March 7th! :D 

Yeah, they usually wait.  I was good to go 11/30/12 and didn't get to have surgery until 1/22/13.  That was just nuts.

They submitted on February 1st and I got the call today. So around 9 business days? I actually called nearly everyday to check up on the status of it, so I'm sure they just got sick of me. lol I even called today actually! 

I don't understand why my post is posted under someone else's name. O_O 

I started crying today because I DIDN'T get my approval. I have been calling every day. I think its been like 8 business days so mayyyyybe soon! I HAD a surgery date set for the 22nd but since I don't have the dang number yet I'm gonna have to reschedule unless I get it TOMORROW.

Don't cry! I'm sure it will come in soon. Who do you have for insurance? I know Blue Plus HAS to give you a response in 10 business days. Hopefully it'll come through soon for you! :)
