The 3 week "Stall from hell" has seemed to finally break! I just kept doing what I was doing and increased my protein from around 60gms to 75-80gms and in the past 3 days I'm down 3lbs!!! I think my body needed the extra boost of protein since I've started working out 5x a week now. I just reached my 100lb loss mark & am approaching another really cool milestone, at 270lbs I will officially be lighter than my husband has ever known me. We've been together 11.5yrs and when we met I was 18yrs old and 270lbs. I can't wait for that one!!

I am so happy for you. I knew it would break. Now really step on the gas and push this break for all its worth. Keep increasing your protein to get closer to 100 grams and drink 100 ounces of water. Keep your calories the same. I bet the weight is just going to keep falling off of you in the next week to 10 days. I want to hear all about it. Hugs!!!
Thanks! I'm working on increasing my fluids too. I get around 60-70oz a day, but have been pushing to finish that "extra" bottle of water every night to add another 20oz to that total. My calories are around 650 w/ the 70-80gms protein and I've been at 30-35gms carbs each day. Thank you very much for your advice and support again!
