L: Chicken Vegetable Soup (should out to Elina! I would have never thought about shredding chicken and blending the vegetables in my soup...it's my official FAVORITE way to eat soup now)

D: Spaghetti Squash Lasagna Style (made with this meat sauce instead of plain marinera)

Probably won't get any exercise today since I'm at work till 9pm but if I can squeeze it in, I'll try.

Ms. Shell, please don't ever leave OH again. I so look forward to your posts & they bring a smile on my face. You make me want to be a more positive person. I love the live life now & not waste another day. I am doing my best to move forward & look at the great things going on in my life.
B: Yes gurlfriend, I got me my CHIKE iced coffee protein powder! I shook it up in my pink blender bottle with 8 ounces of unsweetened 30 calorie Silk almond milk, 8 ounces of water & I enjoyed every second of that yummy goodness. Looks like I am back on my protein shakes & I'm luvin' it!
