B- Greek yogurt w/ raspberries, coffee w/ splenda and creamer, fiber powder
L- Crustless spinach quiche, spinach salad w/ dressing and feta
S- RF Cheese-its, 1/4 cup cantaloupe
D- Either a protein shake or a chicken salad
V-multi and 1 calcium left
W- maybe 24 oz *Need way more* (can never get past 40 oz)
E- Rest night but maybe some jumping jacks, stretching and abs
