Today I'm not touching my fat because the muscles underneath HURT. Yeah my Personal Trainer kicked my ass last night. Could be because I told him I ate/drank for my Birthday and Valentines Day. Not to mention I did a Kettlebells class on Monday.
B: Protein Shake
S: Coffee and Pumpkin Cream Cheese muffin (I LOVE those things)
L: Chicken Liver Pate; Celery
S: Boiled Egg
S: Protein Shake (post workout)
D: Chicken Vegetable Soup (tossed it in the crockpot this morning)

Vitamins: Oh yeah
Exericse: Flipping Couch to 5K Week 3 (doing 45 minutes)

Today is probably the first time in a week that I felt 1/2 way decent. My cold is still here but I don't feel run down, thank gawd. Our house that we put on the market 10 days ago is finally in escrow as of today, yay! Things are moving along & I plan to do my best to stay positive thru it all ... try!
B: Tomato Basil String Cheese w/mini sweet peppers
S: Starbucks Iced Coffee (I'm missing it, haven't had the real deal in almost a week!)
L: Carne Asada w/peppers, sprinkle of jack cheese
S: Protein Mint Hot Chocolate or a refill on my Starbucks Iced Coffee
D: 1/2 serving corned beef hash w/1 over easy egg (gotta love breakfast for dinner sometimes!)

Im getting sick. Again. For the 4th time this year. Hmmmm....FML.
B: starbucks iced coffee, chike protein coffee shake (I had to make it with water since some F*** co worker drank my almond milk and it was nasty nasty. Wasted a pack of it but made myself drink it anyways)
S: low carb tortilla, deli meat, cheese
L: peppercorn beef/veggies and low carb tortilla
S: protein pudding
D: Have noooo idea, depends on whether I manage to workout when I get home.
S: more protein pudding or a protein shake
Im hoping to jump on my bike trainer when I get home, but i didnt sleep at all last night so I may not have the energy.Plus my whole body hurts from yesterday's workout - i just want to crawl in bed and die now :)
