tryabouttime.com     About Time Cinnamon Swirl protein powder. I added unsweet almond milk 8 oz to 1 1/2 scoops powder and about 6 oz coffee. Can make it warm or iced.

I havent really been a fan of About Time, but i will have to reconsider since ive never tried Cinnamon swirl and i love anything cinnamon Thanks for sharing this. Hopefully I wont have two protein shake addictions.

I will miss Shelluary!

B: fuji apple with my PB2 greek yogurt fruit dip

L: 2 slices of BH low sodium ham, 2 slices of BH cheddar cheese, some garlic hummus and cucumber all on a finn crisp cracker.  I doubt I will be able to finish two and that's ok!

S: Good Health organic popcorn, just a cup.  Very low stats and I need the crunch

D: Italian chicken sausage with peppers and onions in a light balsamic vinegar sauce with some sauted escarole on the side

S: SF popsicles

Vits: two more cali****

Water: always need more!

X: maybe some weight lifting tonight or my WW punch workout video at home

B- 1.5 egg whites, 1/4c turkey sausage crumbles, sprinkle Shreddad cheese
S- protein coffee
L- cottage cheese, 1.5 oz diced chicken, diced sweet peppers
S- none
D- Italian meat soup (ground turkey, turkey sausage crumbles, beef broth, Italian spices, diced Italian tomatoes, zucchini, onions, mushrooms, 1/8c spaghetti sauce). I made this up
W- not enough
X- 3mi brisk walk
V- yes

Thanks! I did think of that but couldn't afford the calories The other thing I would do is maybe use a spicier sausage and either regular ground beef or ground chicken. I'm funny about smells and the ground turkey was kind of 'gamey' if you can understand that?
