I am going to need some help. I have an odd schedule.
Awake at 5am for work at 6am.
First break is around 8am.
Lunch is around 10am.
Last break is 12ish noon.
Done work at around 230pm.
Family has dinner at around 530pm.
Bed is around 9pm. I am awake 16 hours a day.
When should I eat my meals?
