MacMadame,

This is so great!  I am going to put this link on my desk top.

Hubby and I have decided again that I am going to stay with the Sleeve and not revise.  To many surgeries.  I'm tired of being a quitter and a failure.  So, I will give it all I've got and then some.  I have to.  I'm not getting any younger.

Thanks again!

Virgie

I understand about not wanting a lot of surgeries. I say give it all you've got and then you know you've done your best and if it doesn't work it's your body and not anything you could have done differently!

Breakfast (7 am): most of an egg, either scrambled or boiled

Snack (9 am): protein shake (sometimes with 1/2 of a banana or a couple of berries in it)

Lunch (Noon): a little less than 1/2 cup of cottage cheese or some "Light N Fit" Greek yogurt.

Snack 2 (3 pm): 1.5 oz tuna salad/chicken salad on 3 slices of cucumber (or 3 crackers if I want it)

Dinner (6 pm): a little (2 oz or less) baked chicken or fish and a couple bites of steamed vegetables (maybe a bite of potatoes some nights).

About an hour before bed another protein shake.

Some evenings I have 1 cup of popcorn for another snack. I know my "menu" might not be perfect, but it seems to work for me and I average losing 3 pounds a week. I also drink either herb tea or Crystal Light all day long between my "meals".  I hope this gives you an idea of my typical day! ;)
