Well, I'm happy for you!  Congratulations!  When your happy, healthy baby arrives, hopefully everyone else will jump on board, too.

Congrats!!  Good for you!  Screw everybody else.  You mentioned all the people that this should matter to.  Everyone else just wants to give their $0.02.  You are doing what is best for you and your family.  That's all that matters.

That is so wonderful...a little miracle!  People actually HAVE WLS so that they can get pregnant.  People are just plain uneducated about the whole process.  So happy for you and your family!!  A best friend for your daughter

Congratulations! I'm happy for you! You give me a lot of hope. We did years of failed fertility treatments and are hoping that we might have a better shot at trying again when I'm done losing. Ignore everyone else and celebrate this baby!

Congratulations!  And don't let other people's ignorance bring you down.   Just smile, and tell them that you are ecstatic and that you are following all of your doctors' recommendations,  And in fact, your OB is thrilled that you are healthier.

If they keep it up, just tell them to call your doctor, since they seem to be experts!

Congratulations!  You know, it happened, and like you said you didn't plan it, but what a miracle after going through fertility treatments on your 3 year old.  You're healthier, happier, and there will always be a Debbie Downer out there ready to rain on someone's parade.  Please keep us updated!

Thanks for the update... I have been very upfront with many people that I had the surgery to prepare my body for pregnancy. My husband and I have only been married a year and we both came to a point that we knew if we wanted to have a healthy pregnancy then there would need to be a healthy a me. We have made a point to let people know that this is just the first of many steps in creating a happy healthy family.  Planned or Unplanned I believe that children are a blessing. Congratulations and I look forward to more updates.
