Peer to Peer review..... Cross post

I have been approved for my lapband removal but denied the VSG from Fed Blue cross.  According the the insurence the dr can request a peer to peer review,  Anyone done a peer to peer?  What is the process????

For what reason were you denied?  I had fed BCBS and had to do a 90 day  nutrition meetings and lose a few lbs and it was only 6 lbs.
