BK Eggwhite omelette with a little ham, onion and Yellow bell pepper and FF Feta with a sprinkle of Hard salad cheese
Very proud of myself. I don't really cook much and when I do, if it is edible, it isn't pretty. It soounds like a lot of stuff, but the ingredients are mouse servings. I had been using whole egg, but now eggwhites and regular Feta is now FF.

Exercise Sore from yesterday. I did a 60 minute BODYPUMP class for the first time followed by 60 minutes on the treadmill watching Poker.
Yep, support group Thursday.
I don't know if I will go. I don't like the new folks running it. They make me feel fat all over again and talk to us like we're 2 years old. Also, I'm sick of listening to the spouses that come tell us all about the things they think we're doing wrong. ******s need to keep their traps shut, imo.
Maybe I'll start my own support meeting at the Irish Pub near my house. :-)
I'm not sure about the new gals either. I miss Amy and Lindsey :( but I will give it another go tomorrow. Maybe Amy will be there. We should tell Dr Metz to start his own with Amy and his new nutritionist or ask if they can take turns running this group. I'm sure he would listen. There is a support group over at Skyridge also that I just heard about from a pre-op who lives in Castle Rock. I don't know all of the details of the time but I can find out...might be worth checking out.
If you start your own support group, I'm in :) I'm trying to make a connection with this gal in Castle Rock but she seems rather shy and nervous. She is having her surgery at Skyridge. I told her about the PA support group and it sounded like she was interested. I heard a lot from her one day and then have not heard from her since. She's younger with a young child. It might be that she is just overwhelmed right now since it sounds like her surgery will be April or May.
Jenn watch that Korean BBQ. We lived in Korea for a year. If its authentic it is marinated in coke or some sort if sugar. It tastes wonderful but not very VSG friendly. They would bring out out very thin strips & cook it on a hot rock grill at your table. You cook it yourself. It's called bulgogi in Korea. They would make a lettuce wrap out of it.
