I just got my approval papers in the mail, and my surgery is scheduled for June 21st!!! My info was submitted to insurance on 4/1 and it was approved on 4/4 -- can't believe it was that fast!!!

HW: 330lbs, SW: 307.2, GW: 140lbs

Month 1-25.6, Month 2-13.8
