Thank you! I'm glad to hear it. When I first started visiting OH early 2012, I could not visualize this moment. I saw pics and it blew my mind. Just remember it is possible. Stay true to the process. I saw women and they looked so thin, I couldn't fathom me ever being that small again.

I was crying yesterday in the dressing room because I was in size 4s.

  I was crying the other day because I'm in size 22.......  I can't wait to be crying at the other end....

This was right on time, Congrats on your entire journey, you did it. This is just what I needed to come across and read today. I just got my surgery date which is for 4/24/13 one year from when you had your surgery. Thank you for the tips and my favorite one if you slip, tighten up.
