Been traveling, but here's some NSVs for almost 10 months out...

• I can shop off the rack, but not at Lane Bryant because I am now too small for that store.
• I spent hours walking around on my vacation and never needed a nap.
• I got my very first pedicure because my calloused and cracked heels are completely gone.
• I now wear cute sandals because my calloused and cracked heels are completely gone.
• I am the cheapest date ever and can make leftovers last 2-3 days.

On the scale I'm 10 pounds away from having lost 100 pounds. I won't make my own personal goal by my anniversary, but I'm totally okay with that. I may never make that goal - I am, after all, 47, not 27 - but again - so okay with that. I feel "normal", I look "normal", and only my doctor and my husband see me naked so I'm not even obsessing about plastic surgery at the moment.

Life, in short, is good.
