Wow! You look amazing! Good for you. 209 lbs is a lot!!!!!! You can do it, 11 lbs. If you can get 209 lbs off you can do 11 lbs more. Just keep doing what your doing and you gonna get there girl. Congrats, you are such a inspiration to me.

Congrats to you!! That is amazing!! The advice you gave was exactly what I needed this morning!! I am 4 months post op and had briefly lost focus. I lost 76 lbs so far, but only 2 pounds this past month, because I fell off plan and started integrating more carbs into my diet. I also don't have a lot of support around me and haven't had a chance to get on here with my busy schedule. Thanks again for giving me that little boost :) I have 42 pounds to go.

Congratulations on your success. Maintaining 209 pound weight loss is a HUGE success and I hope that you feel proud of yourself.  I hope I can have the same success, when I am 6 years out. Kudos to you!
