Doing better
A week or so ago I posted about how I was slipping. I was singing the blues about compliance problems that were my own fault. The responses were enough to help jolt me out of my self pity. About that time I added a four mile walk five days per week to my routine. I also added two snacks per day of jerky. I'm so satisfied that even my old nemesis head hunger is gone.
This week I'm adding another half mile to the walk. I'm able to swim even more laps. I am also going to start making my own jerky in my smoker so I can control what is in it.
I'm back on track, feeling great, and starting to lose again.
