5Kfoamfest looks to be so much fun

My friend has been working on getting me to commit to the Tri-state 5Kfoamfest in June, and I think I'm gonna do it. They run them all over the country, and you can get details at www.5kfoamfest.com

I hope you do it! It looks like wicked fun. Wish I could do something like that, but I just can't run - my joints just can't take the prolonged impact!

By the title, I thought you had to get the foamies then run a 5k! LOL

Well...I've decided to enter. The good news is that my daughter, and brother are going to run it with me as well. We're gonna dress in some fun costumes. Suggestions are welcome.....GO
