Can anyone give me tips on how to reduce a picture to 20K and 100 x 100 pixels? I tried several times to post a pic of myself. Have even sought help, but still no luck. I have iPhoto and an old version of photoshop. The picture I'm trying to post was taken with my iPhone 4s. I managed to do some resizing of the picture in photoshop. ARRRRG. I'm not very good at this.

I always go to shrinkpictures.com to shrink my pic to 100x100 first.  When you go on that site, click on "create avatar".  It's pretty self explanatory from there.  I always have to click F5 after I come back on OH to see the avi change.  Good luck!!!
