Yeah!!! 12 months is a long pre-op program, but def. worth it... i have only had my sleeve for 10 days and i love love love it...i am so excited for this wonderful opportunity and tool to help me in my weight loss journey and i am sure you will too. Just think one month from now and it will be the night before your surgery...i was a little nervous the few days leading up to my surgery, but the night before i was very calm and very ready. Good Luck with your surgery.
