My approval letter says the wrong procedure!

I received my approval letter today and the first paragraph states " received request from Dr. D...... To review a sleeve gastric tommy gastric bypass "......next sentence says ...." Based on a review of the written clinical information provided, the gastric bypass bias been approved"

oops spelled gastrectomy wrong on my post above.....either way does this mean I have to have them submit again? Of course it is a Friday but I will be calling first thing Monday morning....any insight is much appreciated

Yes, when I received my letter it stated for a lap band. The doctors office has to inform the insurance company of the correct procedure.
