I pop in every once in a while and mostly lurk, I'm still getting good information here, even if I'm not participating in the discussions.. thanks to everyone for all you post!  Well it's been 9 months since the 2 week pre-op (I count that in my weight loss), and I'm down 111lbs.  I can't believe it myself some times and I still am shocked when I'm trying on clothes.  I went to my best friends wedding over the weekend, this is a picture from Saturday; (not sure if this link will work)  if not visit my profile.

I have to say I was taken aback by all the attention I received on Saturday, from everyone; I spoke at the wedding, so everyone who saw me, came up to me later, and couldn't believe the transformation.. I loved the attention, I will admit, it's so new to me.  Then I posted a similar picture on my faceb ook page.. yowza, the attention is a little overwhelming.. but I'm excited about my changes, and how far I've come, and worked for this, so I'm taking it all in.   Question for anyone that drinks Click protein coffee shakes, I'm just curious, as I'm in love with these now, do you have one daily?  do you use it as a meal replacement, a snack, what?    Thanks for reading!    Red

Hi there,

I think your profile is on private because I was not able to see your pictures or even see your profile.  We would love to see the pic though!!!  kiss

I got on a Click kick during my weight lose phase.  I drank it mostly for breakfast with 8 ounces of unsweetened almond milk & I loved it.  It's a little higher in carbs than some protein shakes so I just made sure I kept my carbs around 30 grams daily.  I also love Chike iced coffee too!!!

I used Click at first, but as mentioned above, the carbs were higher than others....now i use a regular protein drink, either rtd or powder, and add to my own coffee....used it for a meal, or snack, whatever, as long as it fit within my limits.

would love to see the pic! I'll be going to a relatives wedding in Sept, with people who haven't seen me in a very long time...should be interesting!

duhh I forgot it was on private.  I made it public, if anyone would like to view the pics.   Why is it I'm no longer able to post pics here, did something change?  Any tips on how to do it?

I may need to come up with another solution for the ice coffee, as it is higher in carbs than I would like, I see others use instant coffee added to their shake, I may try that when I use up all the sample packs of click.

Thanks!
