I am trying to research this stuff before I see the doc and figure out a way NOT to spend a lot of money. I'm a planner... Except for unjury, this stuff is from wal-mart. Ok, am I on the right track? Advice?

Natrol biotin dissolve cherry flavored supplements  1,000, 90 ct, Flintstones complete chewable multivitamin multimineral supplement 150 ct, spring valley sublingual b-12 natural cherry flavor dietary supplement, 5000 mcg, 60 count, Twinlab calcium citrate with magnesium and vit d , 60 chewable wafers, the body fortress or pure protein- protein mixes, or try the  UNJURY starter pack..   . Anything else I can and SHOULD be able to pick up at walmart? Thanks

Is there a reason you are locking your self into Walmart?  Walgreens and CVS can have awesome deals on vitamins like buy one get one and then add the Sunday paper coupon to that it ends up being much cheaper then Walmart.

Also, while I know some people like the flintstones I think you need to take multiple chewable to get the adult dose, you might want to price out a Centrum chewable compared to flintsones.

Good luck!

My NUT didn't want us using Flintstones.  I use the complete multivitamin from Sams.  Walmart does carry protein powders.  Just be sure to check labels for whey protein, and lots of vitamins and such.  Watch the carbs and calories- big difference between brands.

Kaiser Fremont has a great handout on vitamins, including brands. I buy all of my vitamins at Walmart and Costco.

Wanting to stick to walmart because I live in a very small town, and that is all we have. I can, however, order online. Any suggestions? Walgreens? Cosco? Thanks
