couple questions.  1.  when i get hungry, i get REALLY hungry.  almost to the point of nausea.  i take omprazole and even kicked up the dose. what's up with this?  2.  i have noticed when i go to an event that i can't take a beverage in i am very limited as to selections.  there are no low sugar/diet options excep****er.  does anyone have any ideas as to what i could drink?  i don't do well with sugar in any amount so i can't have something like a sno cone or lemonade.  please, any and all suggestions would help

Wish I could help with your first question.  I can offer sympathy, though.  Hope you get some good answers and some relief.

Re your second question, can you tolerate drinks like Crystal Light?  They have the individual serving packets that you could tote along and dissolve in a water bottle if bottled water is available.  You could even mix some Crystal Light into water glasses and such.  Hot tea is usually available at banquets and restaurants.

I second Crystal Light. I started to keep a sandwich bag full of the various flavors in my car, that way I can put a couple in my purse if I expect that I'll need them.

It works if you work it; it sorta works if you sorta work it; and it doesn't work if you don't work it.

Can you carry a bottle of Mio or something like that with you?  Or the Crystal Light packets already mentioned?

I can't help you with the first question.  Sorry. :(  I hope you find relief soon.
