Has anyone tried liquid biotin? Did it affect hair loss or growth?

M1 -23, M2 -17, M3 -10, M4 -11, M5 -10, M6 -3, M7 -5, M8 ?

I take 5000 mg twice day but not liquid . It very much helps with hair , nails and even skin. I have not been sleeved yet so we will if still does in few months .

It won't help with the loss (no amount of anything will), but it will help with regrowth. I have taken it since my hair started falling out and my regrowth is coming back really fast and as a bonus, my nails are hard as concrete!

I just started taking the capsules....hoping for a quicker regrowth! My hair is coming out SO bad it's scary!

Jenn Highest weight: 278. Starting weight: 275. Surgery weight: 253. Month 1: 25 lbs. Month 2: 8.8 lbs. Month 3: 12.6 lbs. Month 4: 7 lbs. Onederland 7/29/2013. Month 5: 7 lbs. Month 6: 5 lbs. Months 7-9: self-induced maintenance, then 5 lb gain.

My hair is falling out like crazy too! I ordered 5000 mcg of biotin that dissolves under the tongue. Its from Natrol...I get my b12 fast dissolve in that brand also.
