So as of this morning I have reached my OH half way mark. I am down 38 lbs since the surgery and 52 lbs since the start of this journey. I also haven't had many issues at all (except getting in all my protein but I'm working on it) and I am just trying to keep up with my new lease on life. I have tons of energy, I can look down and see my.........Feet ;) and I no longer have back pain, high blood pressure, or sleep apnea. I was one of those who was hesitant to have this surgery done but I am so glad that I made this leap forward. Pics coming soon!!

What a great achievement. I'm at 15% right now and goal seems so far away. To be over the hump must feel great!
