When I look in the mirror, I really don't look different to myself.  But my clothes are getting too big for me, and I noticed that I felt more comfortable in my car.  I was actually between the bolsters on the sides of the seat, instead of smooshing them under my butt.

 I just spent a lot of time figuring out how to get pictures on this site too, and looking at these pictures makes me realize that I actually do look thinner.  I need to take a current picture and post it this week!

I was the same way...I couldn't see it, but I could feel it in my clothes....so that's when I decided to put my pics side by side and wow, what I couldn't see in the mirror was amazing in pictures...I also felt better in my car...not as uncomfortable wearing the seatbelt...
