Bouncing

I have been bouncing from 96-99 pounds lost since May. Tomorrow I will weigh and I feel like I will hit that 100 goal. Has been a great ride, not easy by any means, but I would do it all over again. 140 pounds to go until goal weight. Not putting any pressure on myself but would like to get under 300 by January which is about 60 more pounds. Let's do this!!!!

Sleeved 5/20/13; HW 460, SW 434, Goal weight 220.  Mini goals 399 - check, 349 - check, 299 - check, 249

Hi Drman,

Congrats on your progress so far (and your positive attitude) !!! You are going the right direction and will get where you want to go. Just remember the prize is not getting there on a specific day--it is staying there long term.

consult weight 241 (had not been accurately weighed for over 10 years, my medical records just said "wheelchair") high weight was probably closer to 260.
