Hi all,

Long time no see. But I'm coming back with a question.

I'm just over two years out. Lost 100lbs and put back on about 12. All is good, Maintained for some time now,.

However, within the last 4-6 weeks I noticed that whenever I eat or drink my abdomen becomes quite distended and bloated. I only eat 1/4 to 1/2 cup of anything food or drink and this happens. Not painful, just distended and bloated. Looks like I'm pregnant, which I'm not.

Anybody have this happen? Could it be gall bladder?

Thanks in advance

Donna

if it were the gallbladder, you would know it.... there'd be pain.   possibly a hernia ?   see your doctor about it

It could be something as simple as some constipation or something more serious. I suggest you check with your doctor.

Have you ever been tested for Celiac Disease?  It's basically an intolerance to gluten.  The bloating is gas that is side effect from the body processing gluten.

Try cutting out anything containing gluten for a few days and see if it goes away or improves.  Here's a link that'll help give you an idea.
