Still Pending!

I just called the insurance company and my approval is still pending. She said they received all the paper work on Oct 9th and it can take up to 15 days for a decision! I'm probably now looking at having the surgery in December because the coordinator told me a few weeks ago that she was already scheduling surgeries in November!

I guess on a bright note, I can enjoy my Thanksgiving dinner and my son's 21st birthday without any restrictions

Be persistent and keep calling. That is what I did and got approved in 3 days. They can make things move faster with some motivation LOL

yes, keep calling. I was told the same 15 day timeframe and was approved in 2 or 3 days.

2 or 3 days? Really?? I'm not the type to call and bug people, but maybe I can send some flowers or something to their office... :)
