Still no letter from PCP!

I was told on Monday that my PCP was going to write a letter authorizing my VSG and send it to the surgeon's office.  I still do not have it!  I just called them and said I will come to the office and pick it up at this point.  I'm really getting pissed!

Does anyone have a sample letter from their PCP office they can share with me?

Time to make a visit to your des office and NOT LEAVE till letter is in hand,
I personally would get loud, cause the dr may not even know about this,
his staff could just be incompetent...

Print out the sample letter, grab a drink and a book, and go park it in the office until you have your letter!  It's not nearly as easy to put people off when they are standing right in front of you!
