So I went into work....
....this morning and one of my co-workers came up to me, handed me this piece of paper and said, "I just wanted to give this to you." Then she went back to work. And this is what it said.
I framed it and I'm planning on hanging it on my wall. Somewhere that I'll see it often.

Thanks. I'm lucky because I've found that the co-workers I've told about my surgery are very supportive of me. I told them why I did it. I've worked there for fifteen years, so some of the ones that have been there longer know I've struggled with my weight my whole life. I didn't want to be in the "closet" about it. I've been very open, and they all see what a difference it's made. I'm so glad that I did it, even if I end up plateau-ing where I'm at. And getting this note today from a good friend was just the icing on the cake, so to speak.
