Acid Reflux? Prevacid or Prilosec?

How do you know if you have acid reflux? How do you choose between Prilosec and Prevacid? I've been fortunate to never have heartburn problems, but as directed I'm now taking Prevacid (I'm just 3 weeks since Sleeve).
I wonder if my occasional upset stomach is acid reflux and also wonder if Prilosec would be better... or not... Would appreciate your comments.

Acid reflux is very different from an upset stomach. You'll feel it higher up in your esophagus and it feels like it burns.  Check out this link comparing the two antacids. Good Luck :)
