new body, new hair cut! :)

I posted about a week ago that I was looking for ideas for what my "reward" could be if I won a bet with my husband, and I decided that, if I won, I would get to have a friend of mine cut and color my hair.  I needed the work done badly, but with money being as tight as it is for us at the moment I didn't feel right asking my husband to help me budget for that any other way.  So I made sure to win the bet so that I could get the cut LOL...  I was wearing my hair the same way that I did 130 pounds ago.  It was definitely time for a change!

Here's the end result:

Gotta be honest... I never would have had the guts to get rid of all that hair a year and a half ago.  It was my security blanket.  It's funny, though... I've noticed since this morning that, just removing that "blanket," I seem to walk with more confidence.  Maybe this was my last piece of the old me?  Either way, I had to come share, since in my mind this is a huge part of my journey.

Thanks... I don't feel tiny lol!  I'm lucky that I have an awesome stylist for a neighbor... she cut me a huge break on the price of everything :)

Looks fantastic!  You look younger and really cute but at the same time it's a more sophisticated cut.
