I am very happy I got my sleeve. My doc was Dr Valenzuela ... wonderful lady, everyone was amazing. I had quite a bit of nausea..Good now thou.  wondering if anyone has some health meal options ..after the liquid stage.  any helpful advice on food or what to expect as i heal and the pounds come off.

Hi thanks for the link. Yes I was provided a meal plan... The list wasn't very long. Would love recipe ideas .. Just worried that I won't eat the right stuff,  I have been following everything so far but worried when I start making meals they would be high calories. 

I lived on these recipes and loved them thru mushies.
