Liquid Diet

I started my liquid diet today. So far its been good. I think I will be doing just 3 protein shakes instead of 5. It's 1pm now and I am about to drink my 3rd one and I just feel stuffed. No rumbly tummy yet. The last time I ate was dinner about 8pm last night.

Today the office ordered Mexican food my fav!!! The smell kind of churned my stomach. I am going to take that as a good sign!
