FREEZING???

My core temperature has been really low since I got home. Surgery 11/22. I just can't keep warm. I don't know if it is coincidence or if there is something affecting my ability to stay warm. (I live in AZ) Has anyone else had this problem?

In my pre-op class we were told this is normal because your body is losing fat. He didn't tell us how to deal so add some clothes, socks whatever and I hope it passes soon!

I'm in MI and I freeze all the time now.  Kind of a nice change from being hot and sweating all of the time, especially when I'm at work! lol  Some people have told me this will be the new norm, and other people have said it will regulate with time.  At least it has to be a lot warmer than here! :)

I have had the hardest time staying warm since surgery, and my surgery was in July.  It doesn't matter how many layers I put on, I can't ever stay warm enough.  :(

Yes! I freeze all the time and I love it! So much better than having beads of sweat rolling down my face!

All the time, even here in California and even at four and a half years out, I am still freezing....but I now own some of the cutest sweaters ever.   :)

Walmart has new fleece underwear (like thermals but updated).  I have been wrapped in some leggings and a top of those since I bought them yesterday!  I even went back and bought my mom some...they are so soft and warm.

I used to get cold easily before surgery even with all the extra weight I have, and now it's even worse!  The worst part is that I live in northern Minnesota. It's 20 degrees right now outside with a strong breeze, and it's been even colder this week. I've turned the heat up and I've got flannel pj's on when at home, plus fuzzy socks, warm slippers, and a thick fleece robe. Oh, and when I'm sitting down I cover myself in a big fuzzy blanket! :D
