Increase your water and protein. I firmly believe tha****er and protein are the keys to breaking stalls. Are you tracking your food? Make sure you are!!

How much water are you getting each day?  You may need to increase your fluid intake.  You have increased your exercise, you are probably building muscle.  Muscle weighs the same as fat but it takes up less space.  Your weight might be staying the same for now but you might be losing inches.  Have you taken your measurements?  If not, do so know.  There are going to be times where the scale will not move but your clothes are going to get bigger.  Your body will catch back up, just stay the course and the scale will move again.  You are doing great!

I would bet you are losing inches since you're not losing pounds.  You are probably not building any muscle at this point because it's pretty tough to do that with the few amount of calories we are getting at this point.  Hopefully you are retaining the muscle you do have.   However, increasing exercise ALWAYS makes your body retain water.  So what you'll see is that once your body gets used to this new level of activity, it will let go of the water and you'll see a big drop.

Make sure to take your measurements!  I always said I would much rather be a smaller size than have a smaller number on the scale...and now the WL gods are laughing at me and making me eat my words!  I've been stuck at this weight for the last 3 weeks now but I've dropped a pant size in the meantime.

Stalls happen. Its a fact of rapid weight loss. If you are doing everything according to plan, the pounds will come off. It's your body's way of coping and actually a good thing. The fat is moving around and getting ready to start coming off again. You have to lose weight eventually at 700-800 calories because you burn more than that just living. Be patient and you will be rewarded.

800 calories and less than 20 net carbs is the shizzle

Thanks everyone for the advice. I am getting close to 60 oz a day, but I am going to try to increase that maybe with a protein shake again?

You might have answered your own question in your final post this morning when you said you're only getting in 60 ounces of fluids a day. I'm sure you've heard this before, but 64 ounces of liquids a day are just the minimum amounts we should be drinking. Whenever my weight loss would slow, I made sure I was getting in enough protein but for me drinking more water is what made the scale move again. Try having a drink with you all the time. I'm sure the scale will start moving in the near future.
